Ingredients For taco batter

1/2 cup cornmeal

1 cup flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups water

1 egg
How To Make taco batter

1Beat together the ingredients. Pour onto a hot griddle. Spread out with a fork, making each the size of a pancake. Fry til lightly brown. Fill with your taco meat, etc.
