I used leftover chicken and rice and added some things that tweet it just a little. I have never tried this before so I am playing guiney pig lol.

Ingredients For purty's chicken and rice casserole

  • PURTY'S RECIPES
  • left over chicken and rice, big can of cream a mushtoom/ cream a chicken ( what you have on hand) 8oz of shredded cheese i used colby jack and sharp chedder, small can of cream a onion soup, 1 cup melted butter, ritz crackers, fresh baby spinaish, or
  • thawed broccoili florets, milk if needed, pam spray,( the spinash and broccoili is optional)., 16 oz of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste ( i use alot of seasoning in the original chicken and rice and did not need extra seasoning)

How To Make purty's chicken and rice casserole

    preheat oven to 375. casserole dish with pam, add the leftover chicken and rice, in a bowl mix the soups and sourcream together ( easier to me to mix the leftover chicken and rice all together with soups and sour cream) add milk if to thick pour in casserole dish sprinkle with cheeses, put foil lightly on top and bake about 20 mnins are until bubbly and cheese is melted add butter and cracker mix on top put back in oven about 5 mins, remove from oven let it coll slighly and serve PURTY'S RECIPES
