Ingredients For old bay seasoning

1 tbsp ground bay leaves

2 1/2 tsp celery salt

1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 1/2 tsp black peper

3/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp each ground cloves, ginger, paprika, red pepper

1/4 tsp each ground mace (optional), ground cardamom (optional)
