Ingredients For lobster with cognac

  • 1 lg
    lobster
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    cognac
  • 3 Tbsp
    heavy cream

How To Make lobster with cognac

  • 1
    Split lobster in half lengthwise. Spread surface with butter mixed with green onions and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 425 degrees oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven; pour warmed cognac over and flame. Pour cream over and and return to oven briefly to blend pan juices. Makes 2 servings.
