Cut hen in half,wash well.Season hens with salt,pepper and garlic.Cover and place in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Bring to rm temp.Heat oil in deep fryer,carefully add hen cook 20 mins or until juices run clear.Let rest a few mins,before serving
