This is a recipe that is absurdly easy and crazy delicious! It may sound gross or unappealing but trust me it works and people rave about it. Don't be afraid to get creative!

Ingredients For everything plus a can of beer!

  • any type of meat (pork butt works well)
  • anything in your fridge that you wish to empty ie: ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, cranberry sauce, etc...
  • 1 can
    beer, not lite
  • salt and pepper

How To Make everything plus a can of beer!

    Place meat in oblong dish, salt and pepper. Mix anything plus a can of beer, place over meat. Cover tightly with foil and place in 300 degree oven. Bake 6 - 8 hrs. (may use gas grill, just keep temp at 300 degrees. You may baste but there's no need. Meat will shred easily. Serve and enjoy!
