This is an old recipe from my mom. I needed something new to serve at Bunko and she dug this one out from when she was in Mrs. Jaycees back in the 1960's and 1970's.

Ingredients For card party hot sandwiches

1 cantuna, drained
-
3hard boiled eggs, chopped
-
1/4 ccheese, cubed (i think mom used velvetta, but i'm not sure and she's not around anymore to ask.)

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 Tbsponions, chopped (i think i'll use green onions next time i make these)

2 Tbspgreen olives, chopped
-
1 Tbspsweet pickles, chopped (or use sweet pickle relish)

12hamburger buns
How To Make card party hot sandwiches

1Mix everything except the buns.

2Put a couple good sized spoonfuls in each bun (go skimpy until each bun has some, then go back and add more until all the mix is used up.

3Wrap each sandwich in tin foil and back at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Be careful opening them up, there will be some steam!
