All my friend's family, and neighbor's love this Mexican Corn bread,it's so good hot or cold anytime you want to eat it.It makes 3 cake pan's so there is plenty for all. It goes so good with a big pot of Pinto Beans with sasuage. " Enjoy"

Ingredients For mexican corn bread

2 pkgmexican corn bread mix (any kind)

1 cancream style corn

1 16oz ozsour cream
-
4eggs
-
1/3 coil
-
1 cgrated cheader cheese
-
1/2 cchopped jal. peppers

1 lbground round beef
How To Make mexican corn bread

1Brown your beef season with garlic powder,onion powder red pepper, & Tony's seasoning.

2while your beef is cooking add all other Ingredient's together in a large bowl mix it up when your Beef is ready add it in stir all together.

3Greese Bread Pan's round Cake Pan's (3) or 1 large square pan pour it in. Cook on 350 about 1hr or untill done.
