Ingredients For green chili burritos

1 1/2 lbcooked pork roast, cubed

1-101/2 oz canchicken broth
-
1-16 oz. cantomatoes, cut up

1-8oz. cantomato sauce
-
1/4-1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
2-7 oz candiced green chilies
-
1/4 ozdiced hot pepper
-
1 tspsugar
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/4 cwater
-
filling
-
1 lbground beef
-
1/4 to 1/2onion, diced
-
1-2 16 oz canrefried beans
-
topping
-
grated cheddar cheese
-
shredded lettuce
-
tomatoes, chopped
-
sour cream
-
white flour tortillas
How To Make green chili burritos

1For the sauce: Simmer pork in broth 5-10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, green chilies, hot peppers, sugar and salt. Let simmer 45 minutes. Dissolve the 2 tablespoons flour in the 1/4 cup water and add to sauce to thicken slightly.

2For filling: Brown hamburger and onion;drain grease. Add refried beans and blend together over low heat.

3Wrap flouor tortillas in foil and warm in oven.

4To serve:spoon bean and hamburger mixture on warm tortillas.Roll up tortillas and top with pork sauce.

5Top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Then top with sour cream, if desired

6Pork chili sauce freezes well.
