Well, these were first made for me by my Mom & Dad, they lived in San Jose' Del Cabo for 22yrs. They are easy to make and oh soooo good. Ofcourse down there they had fishermen bringing fresh catch everyday, spoiled them rottin..Everyone who eats them surley would want more.

Ingredients For cobo shrimp tacos

  • 30 or 40 md
    uncooked shrimp
  • 10
    flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 bunch
    cilintro,chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 jar
    ranchero style salsa hot or mild

How To Make cobo shrimp tacos

    Heat torts til soft enough to work with, peel shrimp and devien, chop cilintro and onions real good. Grate cheese, then your ready to go. Heat up pan use maybe 1/2 cup of canola oil, get it hot. take torts & add shrimp, cilintro, onion,cheese and salsa, then fold up all side to keep in all the fixins and fry til golden, put salsa & sour cream on table as some like it that way. ENJOY
