Ingredients For bean and cheese nachos

  • 4 c
    baked tortilla chips
  • 1
    15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1/2 c
    bottled hot salsa
  • 2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1/2 c
    bottled, roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    canned, sliced chile peppers
  • sour cream, as garnish

How To Make bean and cheese nachos

    Heat oven to 425. Arrange chips on lg baking sheet.In small saucepan, combine black beans and salsa. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until heated through.

    Spoon bean mix over chips. Sprinkle w/ cheese and chile peppers. Bake about 5 mins, or until cheese melts. Serve w/ sour cream.
