1/4 cvinegar

1/4 cred wine

1 smonion, minced

juice from 1/2 lemon

4 Tbspa-1 sauce

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1 dashtabasco sauce

1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
How To Make barbeque rabbit

1Combine all ingredients except the rabbit in a medium saucepan. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

2Place the quartered rabbits on a medium-hot grill. Baste the rabbits generously every 5 minutes with the sauce mixture, turning frequently.

3It will take about 40-50 minutes until they are done, make sure you have used all of your sauce. With this recipe the sauce is the key!!
