    fresh ginger, peeled, grated
  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    mint, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice, fresh
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    dark sesame oil
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 lg
    napa cabbage leaves
  • 1/4 c
    peanuts, chopped, dry roasted, unsalted

How To Make asian turkey cabbage cups

    Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger and turkey to the pan. Cook for 7 minutes or until the turkey is done, stirring frequently. Drain the turkey mixture; place in a large bowl.
