Ingredients For dale's divinity shrimp
- SHRIMP STOCK

1/2 lbshrimp, pureed
- DIVINITY SAUCE

1 lbjumbo shrimp, sauteed

1 lbsour cream

1 tsppaprika

1 tspcayenne pepper

1 cshrimp stock

3/4 cchives, chopped

3/4 csliced fresh mushrooms
How To Make dale's divinity shrimp

1FOR THE SHRIMP STOCK: Simmer water, shrimp shells and salt over low heat until reduced to 1 cup of liquid. Remove shells and add the pureed shrimp.

2DIVINITY SAUCE: Mix all the ingredients and heat in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. When sufficiently heated, serve on a bed of white rice. Garnish with fresh mushroom slices and chives.

3NOTE: This dish looks lovely when served in a porcelain rarebit dish, garnished with fresh sliced mushrooms and chives.
