I got this from a good friend of mine and she has made this spicy pie, this is not for young children.. Enjoy

Ingredients For jalapeno pie

  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 12
    jalapeno peppers,seeded and sliced

How To Make jalapeno pie

  • 1
    Lightly oil a 9 inch pie pan. Cover the bottom with grated cheese. Arrange jalapenos around the cheese. Beat eggs until frothy and pour over cheese. Bake at 275* for 45 minutes.
