Ingredients For the greatful bread sandwich

  • 2 slice
    whole grain bread or 2 slices multi grain bread
  • 2 Tbsp
    hummus
  • 3 slice
    cucumber
  • 2
    thin slices red onion rings
  • 1/8
    green sweet pepper, sliced
  • 2 slice
    tomatoes, more if tomato is small
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

How To Make the greatful bread sandwich

    Spread Hummus on bread. Arrange sliced vegetables on top. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
