Flavor is important with any diet. And especially with the low carb diet I'm on. These ribs are not carb free but they are low carb. The flavor in these ribs was perfect for everyone in my household, dieting or not. Hope you enjoy!

How To Make smokey sriracha ribs (low carb)

  • 1
Mix all ingredients except for ribs. Marinate ribs in this mixture about 1 hour prior to cooking.

Heat cast iron grill/skillet over medium heat (I spray with PAM) until good and hot. Add marinated ribs to hot skillet. Cook on each side about 5 minutes each (depends on size of ribs, may need to cook longer for thicker ribs). I did cover this square skillet with a round lid inbetween turning. Turn off heat and let ribs sit covered for about 8 to 10 minutes before serving.

NOTE: You could smoke these on an outdoor grill if desired. To keep my plate low carb, I had green beans and a cauliflower mash.
