    pork chops, 3/4-inch thick/ 6oz each.
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt and cracked black pepper.
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, light.divided
  • 12 oz
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    white wine i use simi-sweet.
  • 2 Tbsp
    all-purpose flower.
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 tsp
    fresh tarragon, may use 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 2 tsp
    real butter.
  • 3/4 tsp
    dried thyme
