A friend served this at a dinner party. It was delicious. Easy enough to serve for dinner on a weeknight, delicious enough for a party!

Ingredients For pork chop casserole

3/4 cflour

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

6-8pork chops (thick)

2 Tbspoil

1 cancream of mushroom soup

2/3 cchicken broth
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/2 tspdried rosemary, crushed

1 ptsour cream, divided

1 canfrench's french fried onions
How To Make pork chop casserole

1Heat oil in frying pan. Dredge pork chops in flour, salt & pepper. Brown chops 4-5 minutes per side.

2Place pork chops in 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine soup, chicken broth, ginger, rosemary and half of the sour cream. Pour over chops and sprinkle half of the onions.

3Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir in remaining sour cream into sauce. Top with remaining onions. Return to oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
