This is my husband's favorite way to have pork chops. They are always tender and juicy and taste wonderful. You can adjust the seasonings by adding, omitting, or substituting to your taste. Most of the time the only seasoning I use is plain salt and pepper.

Pork chops are always popular and this is oven-fried version is an easy way to prepare them. There's not a lot of prep time and the stove stays clean. Hungarian paprika gives them a savory and sweet flavor. Once baked in the oven, they have a crunchy coating but the pork stays juicy. An easy recipe if you're having friends over for dinner. The hardest part of this pork chop recipe is flipping the chops while they bake.
