Ingredients For apple butter pork chops

    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 3 md
    apples (any kind), cored and chopped
  • 1 c
    apple butter
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    apple juice or cider (or white wine)

How To Make apple butter pork chops

    In a small bowl, whisk together the apple butter, brown sugar, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and apple juice. Set aside.

    Place the apples and onions into the slow-cooker. Add pork chops and pour the apple butter mixture over all.

    Cover and cook on LOW setting for 5 to 6 hours.
