I found this on facebook and just had to try it. Its such a nice warm dish perfect for cold winter nights. You can add roasted chicken to this recipe too.

Ingredients For monterey jack spaghetti

8 ozspaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces

2eggs
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
4 cshredded monteray jack cheese

2 pkg( 10 oz ) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained

1 lgcan can of durkee french fried onion rings, divided
How To Make monterey jack spaghetti

1Cook spaghetti to pkg directions

2In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream, Parmesan cheese & garlic powder.

3Drain spaghetti & add to egg mixture w/ Monterey Jack cheese, spinach & 1/2 the onions

4Put in greased 2 qt. casserole & bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mins, covered. Last 5 minutes, add the remaining onions & enjoy
