How To Make macaroni & cheese with the "fixins"

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add green peppers, onion tops, and ground beef. Stirring frequently, cook until beef is browned. Drain well. Set aside

Meanwhile, in a separate pan prepare the mac and cheese as directed on the package. When the mac and cheese are prepared, mix in the ground beef mixture. Enjoy.
