I was brought up in New Eangland. So I love Seafood. Many years ago, a good friend gave me this recipe. It's good on seafood, or mushrooms.

1 roll of ritz crackers

2tbs grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup butter

1 tbs lemon juice

2tbs wine or wine vinigar

1 stalk of celery finely choped

2 dashes of garlic salt
How To Make sea food stuffing

1crush the roll of ritz crackers.

2In a sm. bowl. mix crackers,cheese,butter,lemon juice, wine, celery, and garlic salt.
