1/4 clemon juice

2tomatoes

1 cbell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/3 conion

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tsphot red pepper sauce (to taste)
How To Make fish creole style

1Preheat oven to temperature 350°F Rinse fish, pat dry with towel and arrange in baking dish.

2Pour lemon juice over fish. Arrange vegetables around fish and sprinkle with pepper and hot red pepper sauce.

3Cover and bake 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
