slow cooker chicken fajitas

I got this recipe from Six Sisters stuff. It was adapted from Elyses Baked Chicken Fajitas. These are fairly easy to prepare, and once you put them in the crockpot, you're basically done.

2NOTE* I drained my can of diced tomatoes... (the first time I made these,) there was juice that I didn't need. Also, you can use fresh garlic if you like. If you do not have all the condiments at the end, they will still be good. I also did'nt need to cook recipe as long as stated. You don't want chicken to be over cooked; so check it occasionally, if you can.
