Ingredients For drumstick tacos

  • 2/3 c
    dry breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 c
    corn chips, finely crushed
  • 1 pkg
    1-ounce pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar
    16-oz jar taco sauce, divided
  • 2 lb
    chicken drumsticks, skin removed

How To Make drumstick tacos

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2
    Combine breadcrumbs, crushed corn chips, and dry taco seasonong mix. Place 1/2 cup taco sauce in a flat bowl.

    Dip drum sticks in taco sauce, one at a time, then dredge in crumb mixture. Discard taco sauce used for dipping.

    Place drumsticks on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve with remaining taco sauce.
