    green or red bell pepper, finely chopped

    prepared minced garlic, or 2 garlic cloves minced

    can crushed tomatoes (about 2 cups)
  • 3/4 c
    brown rice
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
