Ingredients For yuengling irish beef stew

    stewing beef cubes
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3
    carrots
  • 3
    celery
  • 2 lb
    mushrooms, whole
  • 1
    onion
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 1 bottle
    yuengling lager
  • 1/4 c
    dry beef gravy
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon, dried

How To Make yuengling irish beef stew

    Heat olive oil in a pan, dredge beef cubes in flour, brown beef in the pan

    Pour 1 cup o beef broth in the crock pot. Place browned beef in the crock pot.

    Pour half of the beer in the pan scraping the bottom, pour that in the crock pot.

    Peel and chop the carrots and celery in 2-3 inch pieces, quarter the onion peel and chop the garlic, add all the veggies in the crock pot,

    sprinkle everything with the dry beef gravy, add the seasoning, pour the remaining beer and broth to the crock pot. Cover and cook for 8 hours.
