Ingredients For stuffed meat loaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    onion minced
  • 1/2 c
    1/2 cup bread crumbs ( i used italian for extra flavoring)
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    paesley
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 5
    peices of bacon (partly cooked)
  • 4
    string cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • dash of worcestershire sauce

How To Make stuffed meat loaf

    Preheat oven 350.
  • 2
    In large bowl add all ingredients except bacon and string cheese. mix together with clean hands.

    Fill loaf pan half way, layer bacon across then slice string cheese in half length wise and layer cheese over bacon. Add the rest of the meat to loaf pan.

    In A second bowl mix ingredients for glaze
  • 5
    cover the tops of the loaf with the glaze. Bake for 1 hour and check, it will vary oven to oven
