How To Make caserole italiano

1Cook zucchini in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes then drain well.

2Saute ground beef, onions garlic and seasoning until onions are transparent. Stir in rice and tomato sauce.

3Arrange half of the zucchini sliced in a buttered casserole: spoon on meat sauce, top with remaining zucchini and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

4Bake at 350 degrees
