Ingredients For blue cheese topped steak

    strip steaks-about 12 oz. each
  • 1/8 tsp
    ea. salt & pepper
  • 4 oz
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

How To Make blue cheese topped steak

    Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, covered, about 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness
  • 2
    Meanwhile, blend together bleu cheese and softened butter in small bowl until creamy. Equally divide bleu cheese mixture and place a scoop on top of each steak. Leave steaks on grill until butter melts. Garnish with parsley.
