I've always fixed Salmon Patties , When I came across this recipe I thought it was worth a try. My Source is Kraft Foods

Ingredients For tuna cakes

  • 2 can
    light tuna in water, drained an flaked (5 oz. ea. )
  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing for chicken ( 6 oz. )
  • 1 c
    shredded mld chedder cheese
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1
    ,carrot shredded
  • 1/3 c
    mayonaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish

How To Make tuna cakes

    Mix all ingredients and set in refrigator for 10 minutes , Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray over Medium Heat. Use an ice cream scoop that will hold 1/3 cup of mixture and put one ice cream scoop of mixture at a time ,working in batches in the skillet.

    Flatten into patties with the back of the spatula. cook 3 minutes on one side, turn over and cook 3 more minutes or untill golden brown, on both sides. when each pattie is done place on paper towel lined plate to drain. serve and enjoy
