OUTSTANDING RECIPE!! I dearly love catfish and this recipe is just excellent. The marinade is quite zesty. I especially liked the wine-lime juice flavor. The smell while grilling is pretty captivating.

Ingredients For spicy grilled catfish

1 lbcatfish fillets

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbsplime juice

1/2 cchardonnay wine

1 Tbspdry mustard

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tsppepper

1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 tspsalt (optional)

1 Tbspmelted butter

1 tspchopped parsley
How To Make spicy grilled catfish

1Mix olive oil, lime juice, Chardonnay, dry mustard, chili powder, pepper, cilantro and salt (optional) in medium bowl. Add catfish to bowl; marinate for 15 minutes.

2Drain fillets; place on a lightly oiled grill 4-inches above hot coals. Grill about 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Baste with marinade while cooking. Discard remaining marinade.

3Stir chopped parsley into melted butter and brush over each fillet just before removing from grill.
