Ingredients For fish sausage

20 lbfish fillets

6 lbbacon
-
1/4 lbsoda crackers, rolled
-
8 ozpkg mortons poultry and sausage seasoning

2 cpowdered milk
-
2 cwater
How To Make fish sausage

1Grind fish fine - twice through grinder if necessary. Grind the bacon.

2Combine all ingredients. Shape into rolls. Freeze.

3Slice while frozen and fry; or can be put into sausage casings and smoked.
