Ingredients For fish sausage

  • 20 lb
    fish fillets
  • 6 lb
    bacon
  • 1/4 lb
    soda crackers, rolled
  • 8 oz
    pkg mortons poultry and sausage seasoning
  • 2 c
    powdered milk
  • 2 c
    water

How To Make fish sausage

  • 1
    Grind fish fine - twice through grinder if necessary. Grind the bacon.
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients. Shape into rolls. Freeze.

    Slice while frozen and fry; or can be put into sausage casings and smoked.
