Ingredients For fish loaf

2eggs, separated

1/2 mdgreen pepper, minced

1 Tbspminced onion

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

1 cfine bread crumbs

2 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
2 cboiled, de-boned carp or sucker fish
How To Make fish loaf

1Beat egg yolks. Combine all ingredients, folding in beaten egg whites last. Shape into a loaf.

2Bake in a pan (set in hot water) in a 375 F oven for 45 minutes.
