My husband and I have been going to the Outer Banks for almost 40 years and love shrimp. So we went to one restaurant and I got a crab cake sammich it was delish and hubster got a shrimp sammich...it was just small breaded shrimp on a hamburger bun. He didn't like it so when we got home I made up my own and he loved it! That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Basically it's my crab cake recipe I use shrimp in place of the lump crab meat.
