1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1 1/2 Tbspmayonnaise

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/8 tspbasil, dried

1/8 tsponion powder

1/8 tspcelery salt

dashblack pepper
How To Make broiled fish w/ parm

1Mix all topping ingredients together.

2Place fish on baking pan and spread topping to cover fish.

3Broil til fish is flaky and topping is golden brown. Double recipe if making more!
