8 years ago my son asked me to make him a chicken casserole. I was sick in bed and I told him what to use. He accidentally opened a wrong can. I wouldn't let him throw it out and made him use it. I hate mac and cheese and this was a nice compromise for the whole family. We now have this family favorite and try to make it once a month.
