Ingredients For three-sausage casserole

    (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb
    polish sausage,sliced
  • 1 lb
    chicken sausage,sliced
  • 1 lb
    sweet italian sausage,sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 2
    (8 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1/4 c
    italian-style bread crumbs
  • 8 oz
    shredded monterey jack cheese

How To Make three-sausage casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat,cook sausages in oil until browned on both sides,5 minutes.

    In a large bowl,combine angel hair pasta,sausages, carrots,red onion,blue cheese,soup,oregano,parsley and pepper.Mix well.Pour into 9x13 baking dish.Sprinkle with bread crumbs and top with shredded cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more,until top is golden.
