Ingredients For thai basil chicken

2 Tbspfish sauce (anchovey based)

2 Tbsplight soy sauce

2 Tbsplow fat yogurt

1 lglemon, juice and add zest

3 clovegarlic, crushed

3 Tbspfresh basil, or 1 teaspoon dry

2 tsphot red pepper flakes

1 tspground ginger

3 lbschicken thighs, skin on
How To Make thai basil chicken

1Mix all ingredients very well in a zip lock bag. Add chicken thighs, marinade 2-3 hrs in fridge! Preheat oven 375, bake for 55 mins. skin side up in a glass pyrex!
