1/2 tsp

garlic powder
2 c

prego marinara sauce
1/4 c

lite soy sauce
3 Tbsp

worcestershire sauce
1/2 c

honey
1 lg

onion, chopped
6 c

hot-cooked rice, any style.

How To Make sweet and zesty chicken

Heat oven to 375. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken w/ garlic powder, place in baking dish. Bake 30 min, pour off any fat.

In bowl, whisk together marinara sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey and onion.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake 30 min more, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve chicken over rice, ladled w/ sauce.
