Ingredients For spinach, chicken & pasta casserole

cooked chicken, cubed
1 box

frozen spinach, thawed
8 oz

penne pasta, whole wheat
1 can

14oz. small diced tomatoes undrained
1 c

chopped onion
1 pkg

8 oz. onion & chive cream cheese
1-1/2 can

mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp

italian seasoning

How To Make spinach, chicken & pasta casserole

Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Transfer to bowl and set aside. Cook Pasta according to box directions and drain.

Add all ingredients (except the mozzarella cheese) to the bowl. Stir until well mixed. Pour into a oiled 7x11 casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for about 15 minutes until brown and bubbly.
