1each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into strips

1 lgonion, cut into strips

2 lbboneless beef sirloin, cut into strips

3/4 cwater

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tspground cumin

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

88" flour tortillas, warmed

1/2 csalsa
-
1/2 ccheddar, shredded

1 1/8 tspfresh cilantro, minced
How To Make slow cooker fajitas

1Place peppers and onions in a 5-quart slow cooker; top with beef.

2Combine water, vinegar, lime juice, and seasonings. Pour over meat.

3Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender.

4Spoon onto tortillas and top with cheese, cilantro, salsa and any other of your favorite fajita toppings.
