I love to get in the kitchen and develop new recipes with what I have on hand. I knew the contest was a crock pot recipe. I decided to work on a new chicken crock pot recipe. My family loves chicken and sloppy joe's, I thought what better than to combine the two. This is how Sloppy Chicken was born. My family loves it. If you want more of a plated meal...pour sloppy chicken over brown rice and serve with a salad of mixed greens, Mandarin orange segments, dried cranberries and walnuts. Yum. Yum.
