Ingredients For sassy won ton tacos

  • 8 sm
    won ton papers
  • 1 c
    cole slaw mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    newman's own lf seasame dressing
  • 4 oz
    shredded chicken
  • 2 Tbsp
    low calorie bbq sauce

How To Make sassy won ton tacos

    Spray the inside and ouside of a baking dish with cooking spray. Lay won tons diagonally over the side of the pan to form a "taco shell". Bake until crispy enough to fold into shell, about 3 minutes.

    Remove pan from oven but leave oven on. Carefully remove the shells from the pan. Set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the slaw, cilantro, and salad dressing. Microwave for approx. one minute or until soft.

    In another bowl, combine the shredded chicken and the BBQ sauce. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, Carefully stuff each shell with 1T of the chicken mix and then the slaw mix. Lay the filled shells on their side and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake until warm and crunchy, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly and serve. 2-Taco's 96 Calories, 1 g.
