Easy to prepare, and simply wonderful for the pepper and cheese lover. My family, especially my teenage son, LOVES this dish and asks for it pretty often.

Ingredients For jalapeno chicken casserole

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (i shred mine)
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    4 oz. green chilies
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2
    jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas
  • 1 lb
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make jalapeno chicken casserole

    Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole and line with tortillas. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Pour mixture over tortillas and bake at 400 deg. for 35-40 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
