Ingredients For hot chicken salad casserole

2 Tbspdiced onion

4 Tbspbutter, divided

2 ccooked chicken
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2boiled eggs, chopped
-
1 jar4 oz pimientos, drained

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
3/4 critz crackers
How To Make hot chicken salad casserole

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9x2 baking dish. Saute onion in 2 Tbls. butter until tender.

2In large bowl, combine onion, chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, eggs, pimiento, salt & pepper, stir well and pour into prepared baking dish.

3Melt 2 Tbls. butter, crumble crackers and mix with butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole, then bake for 30 minutes
