Ingredients For ginger chicken

2whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

salt and pepper, to taste

paprika, to taste

1egg yolk

1/2 choney

1/4 cdark rum

1/2 cchicken broth

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cpreserved ginger, chopped (candied ginger)

1/4 tspnutmeg, ground
How To Make ginger chicken

1Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste and place in shallow roasting pan.

3Beat egg yolk until light. Add honey, rum, and chicken stock. Stir in garlic, ginger, and nutmeg. Pour over chicken.

4Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
