Directions Cut the turkey (or ham, or whatever meat works best for your family) into cubes. Slice the cheese sticks into cubes. Cut the fruits you choose into manageable sizes (make sure to cut grapes and items that children choke on easily in half!). Have the kids come in and skewer their kabobs just the way they like them! The fruit choices are totally up to you and your family, these are just suggestions. Adjust the type and amount based on your kids' preferences.

NOTE - My daughter didn't like the way her apples tasted after being next to the turkey and cheese. So feel free to make one skewer meat and cheese and another skewer fruit only! Additionally, she likes raw spinach, so I throw a little bed of it down underneath the skewers. They came home and RAVED! The other kids were jealous, and at least two kids in each of my girls' classes began bringing the same type of lunch after they saw them!
